Now you can! Introducing Neko Font, the font that let's you write in cat!
All you have to do is type in the word(s) and BOOM. Your mind is bombarded with epical kitty awesomeness. If you can read Japanese, it's all the better for you, because that's what the instructions are in. But if you can't, it's pretty easy anyways, and you can always use Google Translate. (Even though they don't have Cat as an official language yet, it's still good for translating "minion languages."
